For 2002 – 2006 Toyota Camry you need to follow the next steps to replace pollen filter.

First time you need to open the glovebox and remove the screw from the right side of the glovebox how secure the plastic arm like you see in the picture bellow.

Push both side of the glovebox to remove the glove box. After you remove the glove box you can see the pollen filter housing cover.

After you locate the cabin air filter housing cover pull the filter frame straight out from the housing, take out the old cabin air filter and install the new cabin air filter in the frame and slide the frame back in the house.

Push the glovebox back and reengage the plastic arm and reinstall the screw how secure the plastic arm.

For 2007-2014Toyota Camry the procedure is the same. Only difference is the cabin air filter  has no frame, is free in the housing (see in picture bellow).
