I have a 1998 Buick lasaber limited and air doesn’t come thru vents. The actuator arm moves freely so I read it could also be caused by a clogged cab filter. Was told at Advance my car does not have one that they showed nothing. I see the other older Buicks have them. Do they and if so where is it located? Thanks Brandy
